Job Description

Adult Complex Care Nurse – Community Based

Location: Southampton

Shifts: Days Monday-Friday

Thornbury Community Services, an 'Outstanding' CQC-rated provider, is recruiting adult nurses to deliver bespoke care and support, enabling clients to stabilize at home, achieve personal goals, learn new hobbies, and enjoy trips into their local community.

We are seeking experienced UK-based adult nurses in Southampton to work with a 20-year-old female with Spinal Muscular Atrophy who enjoys Disney, music, shopping, and fashion. She lives with her parents and pet dog.
