Qualifications

  • Experience of working within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Extensive experience of working with people with psychosis.
  • Experience working in community settings.

Responsibilities

  • Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to plan and implement interventions.
  • Assess and care planning risk, including understanding safeguarding processes.
  • Hold a reduced caseload in the community with complex assessments.

Skills

Ability to travel for work
Excellent English written communication skills
Experience working with people with psychosis
IT literacy

Education

Professional Qualification (Degree or equivalent)
Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) portfolio
Professional Registration
Post basic qualification in community care
