What you will do:

• Lead and manage complex safeguarding cases, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of adults at risk.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues, ensuring best practice in safeguarding adults.
• Work collaboratively with other agencies to ensure a coordinated approach to safeguarding and service delivery.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and review care plans to ensure they meet the needs of individuals.
• Support the Adult Safeguarding Team through strategic planning and service improvements.
• Mentor and support junior members of the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
