Service & Compliance Manager: Audit, Safety & IT Lead
Job summary
A leading facility management company in the United Kingdom is seeking a Service & Compliance Manager to ensure contract compliance with legal frameworks and performance criteria. The ideal candidate will oversee audits, compliance reporting, and health & safety initiatives while also managing staff development and training programs. Strong communication and IT skills, as well as experience in healthcare services, are preferred. This position offers an exciting career opportunity with a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
Qualifications
- Excellent report writing and communication skills.
- IT skills with knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Management experience at Site Supervisor or Site Manager level.
- Experience in healthcare services is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and report on statutory and legislative compliance across the contract.
- Manage internal audits and support service departments in improving audit scores.
- Oversee performance management systems and ensure accurate reporting.
- Compile and present monthly client and risk reports.
- Champion health & safety initiatives and maintain the site Health & Safety Plan.
- Lead and motivate staff, ensuring effective delegation and incident management.
