Qualifications

  • At least 2 years' experience in a sales or account management role in Telecoms and IT.
  • Strong understanding of modern workplace solutions, ideally Microsoft-based.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Build long-term relationships to support client success.
  • Understand client objectives and offer relevant solutions.
  • Manage the customer journey from onboarding to renewals.
  • Identify new opportunities within accounts to drive revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service quality.
  • Maintain accurate records and report on client performance.
