Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in an IT management or multi-site role.
• Comfortable handling escalations and guiding technical troubleshooting.
• Understanding of networking, servers, end-user devices and general IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT service delivery across a cluster of schools.
• Line-manage on-site technical staff and conduct performance reviews.
• Own helpdesk performance and ensure SLAs are met.
• Define school-specific IT development plans.
• Step in for escalations or cover for on-site staff.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and trust IT policies.
