A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Reward Equity Consultant to advise business leaders on reward equity and bonus policy development. Responsibilities include designing processes for payroll compliance and ensuring global tax compliance for internationally mobile individuals. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in reward equity within a corporate or consulting environment. This role offers options for remote working in Dartford, UK.
Location: UK Wide, remote working options available
The successful candidate will be responsible for advising business leaders regarding reward equity/bonus policy development and implementation, process design and documentation, and payroll compliance particularly for internationally mobile individuals;
The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
Provide expert advice regarding reward equity/bonus policy development and implementation, process design and documentation, and payroll compliance.
Provide global tax compliance strategies and solutions for employer reporting and withholding on incentive compensation, particularly for internationally mobile individuals;
Cross-border equity and cash income tax and social security calculation compliance and consulting services, and leveraging use of technology for such work;
Preparation of global payroll reports, to ensure clients are able to meet their reporting and withholding obligations on long term incentive awards for internationally mobile individuals, such as RSUs, share options and cash bonuses;
