Job summary

A recruitment consultancy is seeking a Reward Equity Consultant to provide expert advice on reward equity and bonus policy implementation. You will be responsible for tax compliance strategies for globally mobile individuals and ensuring payroll compliance. This role is remote, offering flexibility to work across the UK, with a focus on cross-border tax issues and incentive compensation reports. Ideal candidates will have strong experience in reward equity and payroll compliance.

• Previous reward equity experience gained within a corporate or consulting environment is essential.
• Experience in advising on payroll compliance for internationally mobile individuals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for advising business leaders regarding reward equity/bonus policy development and implementation, process design and documentation, and payroll compliance particularly for internationally mobile individuals.

The Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

• Provide expert advice regarding reward equity/bonus policy development and implementation, process design and documentation, and payroll compliance.
• Provide global tax compliance strategies and solutions for employer reporting and withholding on incentive compensation, particularly for internationally mobile individuals.
• Cross‑border equity and cash income tax and social security calculation compliance and consulting services, and leveraging use of technology for such work.
• Preparation of global payroll reports, to ensure clients are able to meet their reporting and withholding obligations on long‑term incentive awards for internationally mobile individuals, such as RSUs, share options and cash bonuses.
