Job summary
A leading education provider in the UK seeks a full-time English teacher to deliver engaging lessons at a top grammar school. The role involves curriculum planning, assessment, and contributing to the English department's success. Candidates should be experienced or newly qualified teachers with a commitment to safeguarding. This position runs from January to April.
Qualifications
- Experience or qualification in teaching English.
- Ability to deliver engaging lessons catered to mixed ability students.

Responsibilities
- Deliver the curriculum according to the requirements.
- Create tailored lesson plans for diverse learners.
- Monitor and assess student work effectively.
Skills
Full time teaching position for an English teacher at one of the best Grammar schools in Kent. This is from January - April to cover English and to include planning and marking.
Are you an experienced or newly qualified english teacher? Are you looking for an exciting new position in a successful school with excellent rates of pay?
- Delivering the curriculum in line with the Awarding Body requirements
- Working within a high-achieving English department to create lesson plans that are tailored to children of a mixed ability
- Setting and monitoring work, alongside marking and contributing to the administrative tasks of the team
- Any other requirements of a full time teaching job, including extra‑curricular activities and staff meetings
