  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Experience managing cross-functional calendars and communication flows.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion and judgment.
  • Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s diary, travel and logistics.
  • Prepare agendas, materials and minutes for leadership meetings.
  • Maintain centralised business calendars and reporting schedules.
  • Draft, edit and format high-quality reports and presentations.
  • Track budgets and highlight opportunities for cost efficiency.
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
