A leading purpose-built accommodation provider in Greater London is seeking a highly organised and experienced Part-Time Company Secretary to manage governance support for its UK entities. This role involves ensuring compliance, managing statutory responsibilities, and facilitating board meetings. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and may utilize your Spanish language skills, although they are not essential. Flexible working hours are offered, approximately two days per week.
Formación
Previous experience in a company secretarial or corporate governance role.
Strong knowledge of the Companies Act 2006.
Excellent drafting skills, particularly for board minutes and resolutions.
Responsabilidades
Serve as Company Secretary for multiple UK companies.
Manage all statutory filings with Companies House.
Coordinate board meetings, including scheduling and documentation.
