A leading insurance firm in Greater London is seeking a Sustainability Specialist to implement and manage sustainability initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in sustainability and a strong understanding of climate science. This role offers a salary up to £65,000, performance-based bonuses, and benefits such as extensive leave and medical cover.

As a Sustainability Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in supporting AXA UK's sustainability strategy and helping us achieve our climate and social goals. You'll provide expert advice on sustainability risks, opportunities, and regulatory requirements, working across various teams to deliver impactful projects and initiatives. Your insights will help us track progress, communicate our efforts, and stay ahead of emerging trends and regulations.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
