A leading integrated services provider in Knowsley is seeking a HR professional to support the Head of HR in delivering compliant, high-quality HR services. You will manage employee relations cases, oversee HR operations, and ensure data governance while promoting a diverse workplace. Ideal candidates will have a CIPD qualification and strong understanding of UK employment law. This role offers a competitive salary between £45,000-£50,000 plus benefits including healthcare and a pension scheme.
The Human Resources Department (HR) provides overall advice, guidance, and direction on all aspects of people management, as well as providing administrative support functions to the management of 900+ employees at various locations throughout the UK.
Support the Head of HR to lead and deliver high-quality, compliant, and commercially minded HR services across MJ Quinn—driving effective ER case management, HR operations, HR systems/MI and engagement initiatives.
