A leading construction firm in the UK seeks a Head of Delivery to lead operations within the Southern Frameworks. Due to the restructure of the Southern business an opportunity has arisen in Brighton for a Head of Delivery (HOD) to lead Operations within the Southern Frameworks.
As HOD you will be accountable for the successful delivery of a large programme of work as part of our Framework Agreement with Southern Water. You will lead a team in delivering large and technically challenging engineering projects, that involves Civil Engineering and MEICA works.
The Head of Delivery will promote a culture of collaboration between our Clients, Designers, other Framework Delivery Partners, and our Supply Chain to deliver innovative, effective and efficient projects, that meet time, cost and quality objectives. Opportunities with our clients will be cultivated to expand our offerings and develop long term sustainable relationships within the region.
Ideally, the successful candidate should be an experienced leader in their business who holds key responsibilities, someone who is looking for clear career progression and forming part of our key succession plan.
