As Construction Director, you will be accountable for the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of the project, ensuring programme milestones and client expectations are consistently met.

As a Construction Director you will:

• Lead, inspire, and manage multidisciplinary teams across construction and engineering.
• Drive performance through robust planning, risk management, and quality control.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships, particularly with Rolls-Royce and wider project partners.
• Champion safety, sustainability, and innovation at every stage of delivery.
• Ensure operational excellence and commercial discipline throughout the project lifecycle.

You will have the following:

• BSc Civil Engineering
• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build trusted partnerships.
• A track record of delivering defence projects safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
• The ability to lead and inspire large teams in a collaborative environment.
• Excellent commercial and contractual awareness.
