As a Construction Director you will:

• Lead, inspire, and manage multidisciplinary teams across construction and engineering.
• Drive performance through robust planning, risk management, and quality control.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships, particularly with Rolls-Royce and wider project partners.
• Champion safety, sustainability, and innovation at every stage of delivery.
• Ensure operational excellence and commercial discipline throughout the project lifecycle.
