Overview

The Day One Trust, which brings together East London Arts and Music (ELAM) and the London Screen Academy (LSA), is seeking a Senior Recruitment Director to lead student recruitment, admissions, and outreach strategy across the Trust. Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with both Principals, the postholder will set the strategic direction for recruitment, line-manage the local recruitment teams, and ensure student numbers and demographic targets are met. The role will combine strategic vision with operational delivery, while preparing the Trust for future expansion.
