Job summary
A construction recruitment firm is looking for a Project Manager in Kingston, England, to oversee a new residential development valued at £15m. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing multi-million pound housing projects and be certified with SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid at Work. This role involves full responsibility from project inception through to handover and offers excellent career advancement opportunities.
Qualifications
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid at Work certificates are essential.
- Proven track record in managing multi-million pound housing projects.
- Experience as a Senior Site Manager is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Take control of a new residential development from inception to handover.
- Manage a £15m new build project consisting of 16 Townhouses and 40 Apartments.
- Report directly to the Construction Director.
Skills
We are actively recruiting on behalf of our Main Contractor client, a Project Manager who can take control of a brand new residential development from inception through to handover.
Reporting into a Construction Director you will have total control of this £15m new build project consisting of 16 Townhouses and 40 Apartments all of which are for private sale.
Our client is seeking a construction professional in either a Senior Site Manager role ready to take the next step up in their career, or a Project Manager who has a proven track record in managing and delivering multi-million pound housing projects from inception through to completion.
You will be supported on site by a site team and entrusted sub-contractors.
Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid at Work certificates are essential.
