We are looking for an Executive Administration Executive to work directly with our Project Managers. This role requires someone who is not only excellent at administration and coordination but also assertive, and able to keep fast-moving projects and the people running them on track. Provide direct administrative support to Project Managers, including diary management, meeting coordination, project updates and delivery times.
The ideal candidate will bring resilience, and a strong sense of ownership, someone who can anticipate needs, chase down actions, and make sure deadlines are met, all while building strong working relationships across the team.
