Job description

We are seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle delivery of electronic security system projects across the UK and Europe. This is a key leadership role within a high‑performing team that delivers cutting‑edge access control and video solutions to global clients.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead projects from tender through to commissioning and handover
  • Coordinate engineering teams, subcontractors, and client stakeholders
  • Manage programme timelines, procurement, and financial tracking (P&L)
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and CDM regulations
  • Provide leadership across all phases including installation, testing, and commissioning
✅ Ideal Candidate:
  • 8+ years of project or construction management experience in the security, electrical, or M&E sectors
  • Strong technical understanding of high‑end access control and CCTV platforms
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills
  • Confident managing multiple workstreams across UK and EU project sites
  • Well‑versed in site safety, compliance, and quality assurance processes
🌟 Bonus Experience:
  • Fast‑track delivery or critical infrastructure environments (e.g. data centres, airports)
  • Experience with Smart Building solutions or integrated platforms (e.g. BMS, lighting, VMS)
