A leading recruitment agency in Bristol seeks an experienced General Manager to oversee a multi-outlet retail operation with a turnover exceeding £2m. You will lead a team of 50, ensuring top service standards in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have a robust background in contract catering and retail management. The role requires driving to various outlets across the city and working 5 days out of 7.

Responsabilités
- Oversee the smooth running of a retail contract with an annual turnover in excess of £2m.
- Lead and inspire a team of up to 50 in a multi-faceted operation.
- Drive to different outlets located across the City Centre.

Are you an experienced General Manager from the world of contract catering looking to take the next step in your career? Do you have extensive experience within the retail side of the business? - Working within a General management role within Contract Catering
- Extensive experience within retail catering operations
- Managed teams of 40+
- High attention to detail and passionate about 5* service delivery
- Commercially savvy with a proven track record of increasing revenue
