Initially, this will be a Designate position to cover the Cambridge area and could cover a number of our stores across Cambridgeshire. Being flexible to travel across this area would be essential for this role.
Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll play a key role in running the store – driving performance, maintaining high standards, and leading your team by example. This is a hands‑on role where you'll be active on the shop floor, setting the pace and coaching your team to success.
