Areti Group is seeking x6 Tech leads/Staff Engineers to work for a rapidly growing TECH FOR GOOD business. This role involves developing large-scale mobile and web applications backend, focusing on backend coding and database design, with attention to performance and system reliability.

Key Accountabilities include participating in development from design to deployment, communicating with colleagues, suggesting innovative solutions, and optimizing backend code.

Required Skills include a degree in Computer Science or related field, experience as a Software Team Lead or Staff Engineer, building Service-oriented architecture, database and SQL knowledge (preferably MySQL), and proficiency in PHP, Symfony, and Laravel.

Languages needed are PHP, Ruby-on-Rails, Java, Python, C#; frontend frameworks include VueJs, Typescript/Angular/React; cloud experience with AWS; familiarity with GraphQL, REST APIs, and design patterns like TDD and DDD; and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, passionate about clean code, communicative, eager to learn, detail-oriented, and ready for immediate interviews.
