Job summary
A healthcare provider in Torquay is seeking a Deputy Home Manager to assist in running a residential home for young and elderly individuals. The successful candidate will have experience in care, strong management skills, and knowledge of CQC standards. Responsibilities include managing staff, implementing training programs, and ensuring high-quality care. Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Support the Registered Manager in running the home.
- Manage and liaise with multi-disciplinary staff.
- Implement training and induction programmes for staff.
- Ensure the highest level of care is delivered.
Skills
We are currently recruiting for a Deputy Home Manager to work in our clients residential home catering to the young & elderly in Torquay.
As Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Registered Manager in the complete running of the home along with the management of a multi-disciplinary staff team.
Duties :
Assistance with managing all members of staff including liaising with outside agencies
Implement training / induction programmes for all Care Staff
Ensure the highest level of care is delivered throughout the Home
To be considered for this position you will need to have :
Experience of working within a care setting
