Job description

We are currently recruiting for a Deputy Home Manager to work in our clients residential home catering to the young & elderly in Torquay.

As Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Registered Manager in the complete running of the home along with the management of a multi-disciplinary staff team.

Duties :

Assistance with managing all members of staff including liaising with outside agencies

Implement training / induction programmes for all Care Staff

Ensure the highest level of care is delivered throughout the Home

To be considered for this position you will need to have :
