Assistant Manager - Up to £32,000 - 40 hours per week Address: Knutsford Services, M6, Northwich Rd, Cheshire, Knutsford WA16 0TL

What you will be doing as an Assistant Manager

As an Assistant Manager your responsibilities will involve supporting the day to day management and operation of your unit and colleagues: Including driving sales, unit budget and P&L, delivering brand standards, Health & Safety and recruitment.

Responsible for driving consistent high quality customer service.

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, feeding back on potential issues, progress and overall performance.

What Skills & Knowledge you’ll need
  • An understanding of maximising profit by driving sales and controlling costs
  • An ability to build strong and positive relationships with stakeholders
  • Adhering to and ensuring delivery of brand standards
  • An emerging track record in managing and leading teams in a high volume, retail or catering brand environment
  • An efficient and productive manager, ensuring delivery of task’s in an effective and timely manner
