A customer service-focused company in Bristol is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their team. This full-time, permanent role involves providing first-class support to customers via phone, email, and web chat, handling high call volumes and ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach. The position offers up to £26,000 per annum with hybrid working available after initial months, alongside great benefits including holidays, bonuses, and medical insurance.
Central Bristol (hybrid working available after first 1 – 2 months)
Up to £26,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Full time, permanent role working Monday - Friday working either 08.00 am - 4.00 pm / 09.00 am - 5.00 pm or 10.00 am - 6.00 pm (working two weeks for each shift pattern)
We're looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our client's really friendly team, providing first-class support to customers across a range of products and services.
You will be handling high call volumes in a busy office environment, as the first point of contact, you'll handle member queries via inbound and outbound customer service calls, email, and web chat, ensuring every interaction is helpful, accurate, and leaves the customer feeling genuinely cared for.
