Anderson Knight is recruiting for a Legal Assistant on behalf of a well-established and growing organisation in Glasgow. This role sits within a busy consumer lending / remortgage team and involves supporting the smooth progression of customer files from start to finish.

- Open and set up new remortgage files on internal systems.
- Liaise with customers, lenders, and external partners to request and gather documents.
- Upload, verify, and manage information such as redemption statements and title documents.
- Maintain accurate records and key data within the case management system.
- Monitor shared inboxes, responding to or allocating emails as required.
- Support the team with routine calls, chasing documentation, and general admin tasks.
- Handle customer information in line with compliance and data security requirements.
- Previous customer service and administrative experience (office-based experience desirable).
- Strong attention to detail and confidence working with data and documents.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and email management.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional approach.
- Ability to prioritise work and stay organised in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
- Experience in legal, mortgage, property, lending, or financial services.
- Familiarity with remortgage processes or case management systems.
