This full-time, permanent role involves providing first-class support to customers via phone, email, and web chat, handling high call volumes and ensuring a positive experience. Full time, permanent role working Monday - Friday working either 08.00 am - 4.00 pm / 09.00 am - 5.00 pm or 10.00 am - 6.00 pm (working two weeks for each shift pattern)

You will be handling high call volumes in a busy office environment, as the first point of contact, you'll handle member queries via inbound and outbound customer service calls, email, and web chat, ensuring every interaction is helpful, accurate, and leaves the customer feeling genuinely cared for.
