Administrator – Peel Court Community, Welwyn Garden City (Hertfordshire)

  • Competitive hourly rate: £13.41 per hour
  • Flexible working hours: 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday (permanent contract)

Responsibilities
  • Prepare, issue, and track invoices using accounting software; manage petty cash and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Oversee staff rostering and scheduling to ensure adequate coverage and compliance with staffing requirements.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and postal mail.
  • Maintain and manage physical and digital files, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks such as ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and supporting team projects.
