A healthcare provider seeks a Clinical Office Coordinator to join their Ophthalmology team in Ashford. This full-time role involves delivering high-quality customer service, communicating effectively, and handling patient inquiries. Candidates should have administrative experience and familiarity with NHS systems is desirable. We are excited to recruit a Clinical Office Coordinator to join our Ophthalmology team. This is a full‑time role.
The successful applicant will deliver high‑quality customer service, exhibit excellent communication skills and understand delivery of healthcare services. You will demonstrate commitment to care quality, performance delivery, teamwork, problem‑solving and independent work. Knowledge of the 18‑week patient pathway is preferable but training will be provided. Experience with Cerner, Luna, CRIS and Dictate‑IT is desirable, though not essential.
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975. Candidates will be required to submit a Disclosure to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
