We offer various agreement options ranging from 8 to 16 hours per week, depending on your experience and goals. These paid gym hours enable you to build a client base through MOVE sessions, gym events, challenges, group classes, and general customer service duties.

Our teams focus on supporting new member sales, retention, and supporting wider team profitability. We require high standards of cleanliness and presentation when representing our brand. Rapid client base growth can allow you to reduce gym floor hours to maximize earnings.
