We have an exciting opportunity for a Group Workout Instructor at Places Leisure, working in a fun, lively environment with like-minded people. You will inspire others to work together and deliver their best. With your experience in the fitness industry, especially in personal and group training, you will be enthusiastic and enjoy engaging with people, motivating them to achieve their goals safely and positively.

All our Group Workout Instructors should hold a qualification suitable for delivering our world-class Group Workout Programme. If you're motivated and driven, we offer continuous learning and development opportunities to support you in achieving this qualification.

• You are enthusiastic about delivering group workouts to various class sizes in a fast-paced environment, able to engage and motivate participants.
• You possess strong interpersonal skills, focusing on customer needs and building meaningful relationships.
• You have excellent time management skills.
• You are committed to personal development and staying updated with industry trends.
• You are comfortable working with customers of all abilities, supporting them at any stage of their fitness journey.
• You work well as part of a team, maintaining facilities according to regulations and company standards.
