- Lead and motivate a team of Customer Service Representatives
- Coach and develop your team
- Maintain high standards and shop appearance
- Build customer relationships and deliver excellent service

- Manage shop opening and closing

- Shops open between 8am-10pm, Monday to Sunday
- Shifts on a rota basis, including evenings and weekends
