Job summary
A national contractor in England is seeking a Commercial Manager with a strong background in facades to oversee project financials. The successful candidate will manage budgets and maintain client relationships while mentoring the commercial team. This is a permanent position with negotiable salary and package based on experience.
Qualifications

BMSL Group are recruiting for a Commercial Manager with a Facades / Cladding project background. This is a permanent role with an established national contractor. My client are a Façade-Led Main Contractor, delivering high-quality construction projects ranging from £1 million to £20 million across the UK.
The company is run by affable directors, who have developed a robust company with a solid reputation.
- Monitoring and managing project budgets, forecasts, and cash flows, ensuring accurate financial reporting
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Participating in regular meetings with clients to discuss project financial status and address any concerns
- Preparing and presenting financial reports
- Strong background in facade / external envelope
- Mentoring the commercial team and championing growth within
