Commercial Manager – Location: Banbridge HQ | Salary: £50,000 + Commission + Company Car & Phone + Excellent Benefits | Hours: Monday-Friday | 9:00am - 5:00pm

The Opportunity

VANRATH is proud to be working with a leading retail brand to recruit a commercially astute and personable Commercial Manager. This is a high-impact role focused on strengthening existing client partnerships and driving business growth across Ireland.

The Role

Based at our client\'s Banbridge HQ, you will take ownership of a portfolio of 75 key clients across Ireland. You\'ll play a crucial role in relationship management and business development, with the freedom to manage your portfolio while working closely with the Commercial Director on broader strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Act as the main point of contact for Irish clients, ensuring exceptional service and building long-term, trusted relationships.
  • New Business & Negotiation: Identify and secure new business opportunities, negotiating contracts across a range of products and services.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Commercial Director, while independently managing your accounts and providing regular performance updates.
  • Market Insight: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and support strategic planning.
