Job summary

A leading training and coaching platform is looking for a Head of Sales to manage multiple sales and success teams. You will be responsible for developing revenue strategies and leading global expansion efforts to significantly increase turnover. Ideal candidates will have proven success in managing sales teams and a passion for empowering entrepreneurs. This role requires commuting to Peterborough 5 days a week.

Qualifications

  • Proven success managing sales teams within a training/business coaching company.
  • A track record of taking companies through periods of strong growth.
  • Deep expertise in brand building, performance marketing, and conversion strategy.
  • Experience recruiting and leading high-performing sales and marketing teams.
  • Understanding of RevOps and the importance of aligning siloed teams across CRM technology.
  • Passion for empowering entrepreneurs and disrupting traditional industries.
  • Ability to commute into Peterborough 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Own and scale all revenue-generating functions including sales, and customer success.
  • Develop and execute revenue strategies to expand recurring revenue.
  • Build and lead high-performance teams across demand generation, funnel optimisation, and customer acquisition.
  • Lead global expansion initiatives and unlock new verticals, channels, and markets.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and exec team to align growth with product, brand, and customer success.

They help tradespeople become successful business owners through a range of training solutions, including 12-month business academies, seminar sessions, and retreats. They have helped businesses grow their sales by 400%. Due to a huge expansion plan, they are now able to recruit a Head of Sales to manage multiple sales and success teams and drive their turnover from £20 million to £100 million over the next 3 years.

What You'll Do
