Job description
Overview

Regional Support Manager – £35,000 - £40,000 DOE, plus extra car allowance of £3,960 per annum. This role is predominantly covering Hampshire Region.

Responsibilities
  • Provide support to all operational managers, teams and colleagues.
  • Take a lead in coaching and guiding operational teams and colleagues based on business demands in both regulated and non-regulated services.
  • Closely support the Operation Manager to ensure services in the portfolio deliver excellent quality care to the People We Support (PWS) with a focus on continuous improvement and commercial success.
  • Assist or manage any service that requires support, which may include working flexibly across a 7-day period, varying shift times, plus overnight stays.
  • Ensure services are fully competent in using office management systems, adhering to policies and procedures, and understanding Local Authority/Safeguarding/CCG/NHS and other customers contractual requirements.
  • Lead by example to ensure all teams perform their daily duties to a high standard while promoting our ETHOS values.
  • In the absence of a Registered Manager, be directly responsible and accountable for service compliance in line with regulatory requirements and other duties in the Registered Manager job description; may include registering with the regulatory body as the Registered Manager when required.
  • Deliver quality, financial, health and safety, and regulatory requirements forVoyage Care services within the specified geographical area of the South West region.
  • Contribute to a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team supporting a fantastic group of people and helping colleagues grow in confidence and people we support gain independence.
