Overview

BMSL Group are recruiting for a Commercial Manager with a Facades / Cladding project background. This is a permanent role with an established national contractor. My client are a Façade-Led Main Contractor, delivering high-quality construction projects ranging from £1 million to £20 million across the UK.

The company is run by affable directors, who have developed a robust company with a solid reputation.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and managing project budgets, forecasts, and cash flows, ensuring accurate financial reporting
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Participating in regular meetings with clients to discuss project financial status and address any concerns
• Preparing and presenting financial reports
• Strong background in facade / external envelope
• Mentoring the commercial team and championing growth within
