Job summary
A premium car dealership in Bolton is seeking a Service Advisor/Service Receptionist. The role offers a basic salary of £28,500 with potential earnings of up to £35,500 OTE. Duties include assisting customers and handling sales of service plans. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and a passion for customer service. The position boasts no weekend hours and many training opportunities.

The business is a well-known and reputable dealer group in the area, working with several brands. They're offering progression, support, and fantastic training.

- As a Service Advisor / Service Receptionist, you will be assisting customers with enquiries, technical information and providing progress updates on their vehicles.
- As well as sales of Service Plans, and additional services.
- At least 1 years' experience in the same role or similar (within the main dealer network).
- Enthusiasm and passionate about customer service and sales.
- Use of Kerridge and 1Link (preferred).
The business is offering a competitive basic salary of up to £30,000, with additional (uncapped) bonus' for hours sold, up/cross-sales, and service plan sales - earning £36,000. Working hours are Monday to 8am-5:30pm and NO WEEKENDS AT ALL!!!
