Responsibilities


  • Provide support to the existing client base, handle and resolve queries, deliver an outstanding service and ensure call targets are achieved.

  • Correspond with customers via telephone, email and webchat; keep the database up to date and perform administrative duties as required.

  • Collaborate with other members of the business and external organisations to provide a seamless customer journey.



Profile


  • Previous customer service experience (could be from a variety of sectors)

  • Excellent communication and a confident telephone manner

  • Able to work towards targets and in a fast-paced environment

  • Keen eye for detail and good organisation skills
