Job summary
A car dealership in Salisbury is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Service Advisor. The successful candidate will manage service bookings, ensure customer satisfaction, and promote upselling of services and special offers. Applicants should have prior experience as a Service Advisor, knowledge of DMS systems, and a full UK driving license. - Knowledge of DMS Systems such as Kerridge, 1 link, or Pinnacle.
- Experience in Upselling services is required.
Responsibilities
- Arranging Service Department bookings.
- Ensure efficient workshop loading and customer satisfaction.
- Upselling works and service plans to customers.
