We are currently recruiting for a confident and self-motivated individual to work at our Solihull premises on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in customer service and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing pressure efficiently while providing a high level of customer service at all times. The role involves handling customer queries related to our extensive range of products or recent/new orders.
This role is highly customer-oriented; therefore, it is vital that orders are checked and fulfilled accurately. Communicating order progress professionally via email or telephone is essential. Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and returning customers is key to success in this role.
An ideal candidate should preferably have previous experience in a similar role, possess excellent communication skills, have good computer skills, and maintain a positive, can-do attitude.
