Purpose: As a TPS Parts Sales Executive, you will work with the Sales Manager and team to achieve sales goals by providing excellent customer service, identifying sales opportunities, and maintaining product knowledge.
- Achieve personal KPIs and revenue targets.
- Identify parts to meet customer requirements accurately.
- Utilize product promotions to meet targets.
- Build strong relationships with customers through regular contact.
- Provide high-level customer service and expert advice.
- Support the TPS Centre team to ensure excellent service.
- Handle customer inquiries and transactions efficiently.
- Maintain accurate documentation and system use.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in B2B or telesales.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
- IT literate, with knowledge of MS Excel preferred.
- Passion for the automotive industry.
