Summary

An opportunity has arisen within our Customer Service team for a part-time Customer Service Adviser. In this front-facing role, you'll be a key point of contact for residents and visitors, representing Hertsmere Borough Council with professionalism and empathy. You'll handle a wide variety of enquiries across all council services by phone, email, and in person, delivering a high standard of customer service at all times. The role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to work independently, remain calm under pressure, and meet performance targets.

This post is offered on a permanent, part-time basis, working 22.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9.30am-2pm (other working pattern could potentially be considered by the manager, such as 3 full days per week, depending on business needs).
