We are currently looking for a Sales Consultant to join our team. You will play a key role in helping us achieve our vision, engaging, inspiring, and advising customers to ensure they find the perfect bed for them.
Your responsibilities include:
You will work closely with store colleagues to provide an outstanding in-store experience. We offer extensive product training, ongoing coaching, and support to help you succeed and develop your career.
Due to the nature of our products, the role involves moving products around the store and performing some cleaning tasks to maintain store and product condition.
Our busiest times are evenings, weekends, and bank holidays when customers are most likely to visit. You will be expected to cover some of these shifts but not all, respecting work-life balance.
We seek Sales Consultants with pride, passion, and a positive attitude, committed to delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets. You should enjoy engaging with customers, adapting your approach to meet their needs, and be resilient and resourceful.
Previous experience in a customer-facing role and confident communication skills are preferred. Ability to spot sales opportunities and try new approaches to help the store succeed is important.
We offer a base salary of £[amount] per annum plus uncapped individual commission paid monthly once minimum sales targets are met. There is no upper limit to earnings beyond that!
