A growth-focused property support company located in Bracknell is seeking a dedicated team member to identify appropriate agents for property sales. The role entails liaising with third parties, managing relationships with agents, and ensuring smooth asset sales. Candidates need strong problem-solving abilities and organizational skills, with a commitment to learning in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Identify the most appropriate agent to sell each property.
- Enter property specifications on to the system.
- Liaise with third parties to progress each asset sale.
- Build strong relationships with agents and clients.
- Manage the process from initial marketing to completion.
- Research and compare recent sales of similar properties.
- Manage incoming enquiries.
- Analyse local market conditions through liaison with vendors.

This team specifically supports the process by acting on their behalf and ensuring they achieve the best possible outcome. Please note that this is NOT a selling role and you are not required to sell property yourself.
