Your opportunity

You will be a key ambassador for our brand, providing a distinctive and extraordinary luxury experience in store and nurturing genuine, long-term relationships with clients. Within our boutique, you will become a vital team member by offering excellent service, driving sales through personalized clienteling actions, and immersing clients in the Brioni lifestyle.

How you will contribute

• Create and develop relationships with existing and new clients, with ongoing follow-up
• Meet and exceed KPIs set by store management, including sales value, retention, UPT, and X-selling
• Develop your client 'book' to implement effective clienteling strategies
• Create and cultivate a network of contacts to expand the potential customer base
• Gather market information: new trends, events, competitors’ activities and products
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues in the store and across the company
• Implement stock procedures according to company standards
• Embrace Brioni standards, roles, and procedures, and promptly share issues and risks

Who you are

• At least 5 years of experience in Retail, ideally in Men’s Formalwear
• Passion for sartorial culture
• High standard of spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus
• Ability to execute various clienteling strategies to initiate, retain, and develop relationships
• Attention to detail and strong planning, execution, and follow-up skills
• Commercial mindset and proactive attitude towards business growth
• Effective communicator capable of engaging and influencing clients and stakeholders
• Knowledge of luxury retail standards regarding processes, service levels, and expectations
