Responsibilities

  • Identify the most appropriate agent to sell each property.
  • Enter property specifications on to the system.
  • Liaise with third parties to progress each asset sale.
  • Build strong relationships with agents and clients.
  • Manage the process from initial marketing to completion.
  • Research and compare recent sales of similar properties.
  • Manage incoming enquiries.
  • Analyse local market conditions through liaison with vendors.

The company provide an outsourced service to various businesses, when it comes to selling property for them. This team specifically supports the process by acting on their behalf and ensuring they achieve the best possible outcome. Please note that this is NOT a selling role and you are not required to sell property yourself.
