Job summary
A leading service provider in the UK is looking for a Customer Care Advisor in Manchester. The role involves managing supply chain performance and requires experience in helpdesk or call centre services. Proficiency in CAFM systems, preferably Concept, is essential. The position offers a competitive salary of £16.22 per hour with a work structure of four days in office and one day remote. This is a great opportunity for those passionate about customer relationships and service delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience in using CAFM systems, preferably Concept.
- Experience in providing helpdesk or call centre service.
- Proven experience in managing supply chain / contractor performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop productive working relationships with key customers and suppliers.
- Work in the office 4 days a week and from home on Fridays.
